Fear Of Flying, Heights And Confined Places - Venessa
I am like you, I had a great many fears - a fear of confined spaces, a fear of heights, a fear of the sea and small boats, a fear of flying, a fear of waiting for hours in an airport before a flight.
I had booked a holiday of a lifetime with my husband of 42 years to Las Vegas, Canada and Alaska for six beautiful weeks.
I was scared, very scared and I almost cancelled our holiday more than once. I knew that I needed help to overcome my fears and I was willing to try anything.
From my first telephone call to Brad's lovely wife Linda, I felt very comfortable she was very kind and compassionate. Their office is in a beautiful part of Adelaide right on the sea front and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Brad is not only a wonderful, kind, caring professional man but he has the ability to make you feel at ease from the moment you meet him.
I had about 7 sessions with Brad over a five week period before my holiday and I was hypnotised on each occasion. Brad was wonderful and the whole process was not in the least bit scary. I felt comfortable and in control at each session.
I always felt very relaxed and had the feeling that "I could fly" but until I flew to USA it was then that I knew that everything that Brad told me during my hypnosis was working for me.
I have now come back from my trip of a lifetime and I am very proud to report that not only did I go on a total of six flights, with the longest being 36 hours, but I also went on three helicopter flights!
Before Brad, even if I was offered a million dollars I would never even set foot in a helicopter, let alone go on three flights!
My other fears were also conquered, I walked across the Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver, Canada. The bridge is 75 metres (10 storeys) off the ground and 150 metres long. The bridge is suspended in part over water and in part above the treetops. You walk on narrow boardwalks which are suspended mid air. There is a sheer drop to either the ground or water. An exhilarating experience - I did it!
I also went on the Grand Canyon Skywalk, this is a bridge suspended over the Grand Canyon with a glass bottom. An amazing experience.
I went on a 7 day Alaskan cruise and for two of the seven days the weather was very rough, I loved every minute of it, even the rough weather was a peice of cake!
Brad helped me so much with my flying and fear of heights that I would now be quite happy to fly anywhere and know I wouldn't suffer all the anxieties associated with flying, heights and being confined to small places.
Brad made our holiday of a lifetime a wonderful experience and made me a happier and more relaxed person.
My husband was amazed at the difference in me - I went on everything - small boats etc that I would never have done before!
Brad, thank you again for all your wonderful help and I only hope that other people with my old fears find you and they too will enjoy their life so much more.
Thank you so very much.
Vanessa
