Severe Anxiety, Now List of Victories - Lauren

Mentor, I went to the city twice,coffee at Rundle Mall Coffee Shop.

Drove to Daws Park Repat Hospital with Rachel for meeting about Dad.

When I go places I don't continually scan, I don't have a high level of anxiety. I can enjoy where I am and what I'm doing.
