Weight Loss - Veronica
Hi Brad
I wanted to thank you for helping me with my weight loss and exercise routine. A month or two ago I wouldn't have been caught dead getting up at 5:30am to go for a walk but after a couple of hypnosis sessions, now my body clock would kick me right out of bed, bright eyed and bushy tailed!
I've found that I haven't eaten a single takeaway burger for nearly 2 months now and I haven't even looked back! I'm doing so much more "incidental" exercise, playing tennis during the week and I have so much more energy for every day tasks.
My meals are so much healthier and smaller!
